UFC 137: St-Pierre vs. Condit

The world is in very much anticipation for UFC 137 a bout of St-Pierre vs. Condit on an upcoming event of Ultimate Fighting Championship. This will all happen on October 29 of 2011, Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally the event was scheduled at Oct. 15 at England on the Echo Arena, Liverpool and due to conflict the event was moved to Mandalay Bay on October 29th.

UFC 137 supposed to be will feature a Lightweight bout on Dennis Siver vs. Sam Stout but early of 29th of August, Stout declined. The lightweight bout will be filled by Donald Cerrone vs. Dennis Silver.
Another replacement is Carlos Condit for Nick Diaz on the Main Event. Nick Diaz the originally the challenger for the UFC Welterweight Championships violated some media appearance that caused him to be taken out of the main card against Georges St-Pierre. Carlos Condit had a shot against an anticipated bout with B.J. Penn, but instead, being in the hot list of contenders for St-Pierre he was promoted to fight the Main Event Championships.

It was on September 7th, when Nick Diaz did not show up for his press conference for UFC 137. The president of UFC, Dana White took the action on scrapping out Diaz for not fulfilling the said duties as a fighter on UFC. This was the title fight that would have been the highlight of his career scheduled on the 29th of October at Las Vegas.
The replacement of Diaz, Carlos Condit, is stepping in the ring against St-Pierre. Condit was removed from a fight against B.J. Penn which will take place on the same event of UFC 137.

Condit was said to be a worthy opponent against the reigning champion, George St-Pierre. His winning of 4 fights before this event proved his ability to be a threat to get the belt for the Welterweight Championships.  This shot for the belt on the 29th of October will prove his winning performance as the “Knockout of the Night" highlight. This is with no hesitation accepted by St-Pierre and notified that Condit is one of the dangerous opponents.
The battle will begin on October 29.

The fight in the octagon will be live in pay-per view and live stream on the net for fight fans.
